*raises hand* I don't! I might enjoy some of these 3D movies from Pixar and Dreamworks and whatnot--I have a big soft spot for Shrek. But at most? I own the movies.

Because they oh, actually have thought and heart put into the characters and storylines compared to forgettable tripe like Shark Tale and Ant Bully?

One would hope people could tell the difference between Finding Nemo and A Shark's Tale, but maybe I'm wrong. ):

i know the films are similar in that they're computer animated and are about fish. but come on. even if you hate both, they're nothing alike.

Re: 3
I hated Finding Nemo. I wanted to flush Nemo down the toilet. *is shot* Honestly, I think the problem with these types of movies is that 1.) they make me really uncomfortable with their sexual innuendo--why do they even HAVE that, if this is supposed to be a "family film"?; 2.) their main characters don't come across as very real, they seem more like archetypes to me; and 3.) the whole enterprise just smacks of poorly-executed moral stories. I don't pay to learn a moral, dammit. I pay to be entertained.
What happened to quality animated movies without the blatant morals? :(
But yeah, once they saw how well Finding Nemo did, they went and abused the whole 3D animation movies. Now I think there's too many of them.

Re: 3
I don't really understand why a G-rated animated film has to have any sort of sexual innuendo like that at all. Then again, maybe I'm being old-fashioned.
