2. No. Some people just like to post icons and really don't care about icons because maybe someone will like what they see and use a few. Plus, most comments are just, "OMG these are pretty! Taking a few with credit~" so maybe it gets tiresome of hearing the same thing over and over? I mean, it's really nice but when it goes on for three pages. .___.

6. You know, I've been wondering about parents, too, these days.

7. 4chan isn't an excuse lol. Most people do get their pictures from 4chan. I do; fanart or not.

19. I don't get it either. Comic book con = dressing up as a comic book character. Not showing up as Kakashi or Ichigo. And I will never get why at anime conventions I see people dressed up as character from Harry Potter. HP isn't a manga or anime. *ducks for cover*

I've done all these memes so far. :') Yeah, I'm insecure but I wasn't even thinking of "OMG I NEEEEED LOVE" because it was interesting to see people who hardly talk to me on my own LJ comment in these memes and tell me nice things. I mean, half the time I thought these people were just lurkers.

22. Your "friends" are jerks then. Don't do anything they want you to do. Do what you want to do. I can't really say, "STICK WITH ANIME AND MANGA!" because it's all really up to you.

19. But...arin't Ichigo and Kakashi comic characters too? And don't give the the whole "but comics and manga are different" thing. Manga is a type of comic. Plus anime/manga companies have booths at comic cons too, at least as far as I know.

For the record, I don't care about US origin cosplay at anime cons. Heck I kinda like it sometimes. Breath of fresh air from all the Naruto/Bleach/FF whatever cosplay.

I meant that, comic cons are normally North American oriented, right? I don't know much and this is the first time I've heard that animanga companies have booths there, too.

I was boggled seeing a Riker at Otakon, but the did do a Star Trek manga and I did an American cosplay there.

Though I think it's mostly that ever comic con I've went to, I've seen 90% Japanese cosplayers, and usually doing Japanese oriented skits, no less, in front of a crowd of American comic nerds.
