If you were to ask my classmates (I know, self-examples = bad, but I'm the biggest fandom nerd I know), they'd probably call me the "smart girl", but I can be that and the biggest Avatard in the school. It's definitely possible to, I don't know, like what you fucking like and not care what other people think. Your work in school should be enough already to cement your 'smart' image, and forget anyone who thinks otherwise.
