I ship Steve/Tony in the movies and I couldn't agree more with the main secret, I think it's ridiculous when people act like if you don't ship Steve/Tony in the comics you're ~doing it wrong, and it's even dumber in the movies.
People need to accept that their relationship and dynamic are different in the movies, and that both Tony and Steve have better and more significant relationships with other people in the MCU canon. Maybe they will eventually get to a relationship closer to the one in the comics in the future, but for the time being, nope.
Your bonus!secret is dumb as fuck, tho. Howard's obsession with finding Steve and his overall dickness and what happened with Loki are two completely different situations.

Thiiiiiis. Also, I'm getting sick of Loki being put on the level of the Avengers when people whine about shipping. It's obvious that Loki/Tony shippers ship it because Loki's a villain (or, in their opinion, a "villain"), and shipping involving Loki isn't even in the same ballpark as shipping between non-villains, let alone operating on the same logic. Why some people are so self-deluding about Loki stans I will never know.
