Ten or eleven. I got it while helping my mother prepare communion for church the next day. It wasn't really a huge deal because my breasts had already come in (hooray, puberty!). I went from flat to C cup in like, two days. My aunt was kind of a bitch about the whole thing, though (period and breasts). But she's kind of a bitch about most everything about me, so whatever.

I went from a training bra to DD in a month and it was itchy and painful and I kept knocking things over and then they didn't stop growing and ugh. My aunt was also a bitch, she told everyone I was stuffing my bra. And then later wouldn't stop talking about how saggy my boobs would be when I was older and that I would need a vendor's popcorn tray to carry them around.

So... my complete condolences.

Oh good lord. D: My aunt's pretty nasty at times, but I don't know that she was ever that cruel when I was a kid.

My breasts were never painful coming in (strangely enough), but they did itch a bit and stopped at DDD (or F, depending on the brand) when I was about thirteen or so. They've stayed there ever since, regardless of weight gain or loss, which really has only affected the band size, and even then not all that much. I don't know what I would have done had mine just kept growing. I mean, I kind of like my large boobs, but I wouldn't wish 'em on anyone else. They make most forms of exercise and playing my viola pretty uncomfortable.

Since I started lifting weights and putting on muscle I went back down to DD/DDD so I'm pretty happy overall. I still plan on a breast reduction surgery but I'm relieved to be out of FFF/G size bras. Because while my boobs grew the rest of me really didn't and it looked comical for a while.
