Re: If you could change one thing about your body... (with a twist!)
On the more practical side? I would get rid of my extremely aggressive form of arthritis. I'd fix the degeneration in my spine. There would be no more nerve damage in my neck and back- that way I could sit and stand without pain, feel my arms and hands, and use them without difficutly and pain. I'd get rid of my scoliosis and Dowingers Hump (unless they count as visible), bulging discs, and the narrowed area of my spinal cord. I'd fix my eyes so that I'd have better depth perception and be less prone to migranes. I'd eliminate my UV allergy- heck, all of my allergies. My fibromyalgia would go out the window, along with my asthma. I'd get my thyroid under control and get rid of the phantom goiter. I'd fix the defects in my legs (mostly knees and ankles) so that I could walk for some distance without my legs crumbling under me.
And one more for all of those wanting to get rid of their periods!
I think that's all though. Everything else would be visible. It's interesting to think in terms of what you would change that can't be seen.
