Oh, I got one.

1. Private study session with my Add maths tuition teacher.
2. I'm Malay, so studying barefoot.
3. Mechanical pencil rolled off the desk and struck my right toe.
4. GRAPHITE TIP INSERTED ITSELF INTO SKIN OF RIGHT TOE AND BROKE OFF.
5. Laugh hysterically.

That piece of graphite stayed for almost a week.
