Maybe it's because I keep getting inundated by Steve/Tony on tumblr (even though i have them Saviored....fucking not tagging), I can't look at him anymore with out getting super annoyed.

I was never a fan of Steve anyway, even if I did like his movie.

Also, very confused by this secret.

I like Steve/Tony, and even I am annoyed by the OTT feelsplosions and overly-tight goggles on tumblr. Geez, it WAS an ensemble cast.

Can I ask what you don't like about Steve? Not looking to pick a fight, it's just that I've never really heard real criticism of Steve that wasn't from some crazy hater. But I know you definitely are NOT some crazy hater, so I'd like to hear your non-cray-cray criticism of him. I like being aware of other fans' problems with my favorite characters, in order to not look like a near-sighted blinkered loon when I talk about them.

Not who you replied to [and I actually really like Steve], but the biggest thing I've heard from the people I know who didn't like him was just that he was boring/his movie was boring - and, once I think, that he was a little too reckless/didn't always think things through as much as he should have [the first mission, for example].

Of course, I've only talking to people about the movies, so I can't say I've heard anything about the comics.
