So you're basically saying 'Palestinians can kill people and not be criticized for it because their politics are unstable, but Israel can't because it's more stable'? No, I don't agree with that. Palestinians get more aid from the UN than any other people. They don't just attack settlers, which, admittedly are there illegally, but they also attack people who live inside Israel. Unless, of course, you consider the people living in Sderot, Tel Aviv, Kfar Sava and Netanyah 'settlers'. And some Palestinians do.

Palestine, too, gets support from other countries- rich countries, even, like the UAE and Qatar. They have the entire Arab League backing. And you think Israel never tried to initiate any peace process? It had, several times, but you need 2 to Tango. The main issue here is not the settlements, it's not even Hamas. It's Jerusalem. Israel won't give it up. Palestine won't give it up. They both refuse to give it to international control. Until the solution to that is found, they're stuck. That's it.

The state of economy in the West Bank isn't really that bad that their most burning issues are food and housing. They're not the most stable places right now, but many countries aren't stable right now, and I don't think it gives them the excuse to forgo LGTB and women rights.
