Aye.

Perhaps it's just my own personal fannish self speaking but, to me, he's one of the good ones. He's not arrogant, he seems genuinely nice, he loves the craft of acting,he's not having weekly scandals due to his love life or any aspect of his life, and he's not a dick to anyone, or a show off with his money.

Yet he has fans that would make the bieber stans blush, and say 'hey you're being a bit extreme'. o_O

I really do hope that the line isn't crossed, but if it is, I'm not going to hate on him if he has to defend himself in any way. :(

Well, we are talking about the same group of fans who went berserk when he showed up to Wimbledon with his sister ( who they thought was a new gf ).

So basically - I'd expect him to have to defend himself when ~gasp~ has another girlfriend. The vitriol his so-called 'fans' will spew will be horrific.

Like other anons have said, the day he actually stands up to & reprimands a fan for going too far, I'll stand up and cheer. Mostly because I'm almost certain he'll use his vast intellect to chastise them & give them a good tongue-lashing. Which I hope will culminate in the aggressor fan in question standing there looking dumb-founded & Tom turning heel & walking off to the sound of silent awe culminated with the slow but steady building of applause as he gets in his car & drives away.

...yes, this is what I hope for.
