I'm not worried about him being an actual douche. I'm thinking more along the lines that one day being so nice in the face of a little bit of the crazier things in his fandom will be too much and he'll snap and it'll get interpreted as him being a douche and then fandom will eat him. Or he'll start quietly distancing himself and still be called an asshole. I mean apparently people lost their shit when he changed his twitter bio ffs.

Look at it this way: At least you don't have to live through three years of everyone you know saying "the cake is a lie" any time either "cake" or "lies" are mentioned. Christ, that was tiresome.
