My girlfriend 100% straight up refuses to watch any of the shows I like. When I ask her to, she mocks the whole thing straight through, and tells me how stupid I am for enjoying it.

Sounds like you need a new girlfriend. Disliking shows your partner likes is one thing but insulting your intelligence over it and not even giving the shows a chance is another thing altogether. She sounds close minded and childish.
