It's totally reasonable to enforce your boundaries, and if you want to watch TV, you want to watch TV, nothing wrong with that.

That said, I'm having a hard time imagining a kind of cuddling that precludes watching TV simultaneously. Unless by "cuddling" you mean "foreplay." Hell, even then.

Ehhhh it doesn't bother me. Old songs bound to have some skewy stuff in them. Parov probably just liked the melody and beat of it, rather than have some brainwashing racist agenda. I'm just glad it's not another Put'in On The Ritz or Swing Swing Swing remix, I'm tired of hearing all of those.
