Well, you could use that as part of the stuff they have to work through. Not all sex is PIV and they could have to deal with that.

(Also it's a video game, so they could get some Super Mario Brother's mushrooms and make her bigger, or whatever. We know they can use stuff from other video games, so it's not hard to imagine adjusting that.)
