Do they edit the show on SyFy? I watch it on BBC America and was unaware of that fact.

I dunno. I live in the US and I have never watched it on SyFy or BBC America. I usually stream it when it airs in the UK.

I believe SyFy doesn't air the current series until 2013, that's all.
