Top Ramen for the Ramen God! Cup Noodles for the Noodle Throne!

Not even your tears of being wrong can make Top Ramen taste good.
(ohgod this is such a silly and personal opinion I never realized I have)

Top Ramen tastes cheap and shitty to me, although it does have that extra convenience of being able to make it and eat it out of the cup. I've been eating Maruchan for most of my life though, so it's my favorite.

I can't say I've had a lot of top ramen, but it wasn't exactly memorable. On the other hand I do love me some Maruchan.

It's not weird. Top ramen tastes like ass sweat and anyone who voluntarily subjects themselves to eating ass noodles has problems and I mean that. Instant ramen is already scrapping the barrel but Top ramen defies belief.

Huh, I've always eaten Maruchan. I didn't even know there was a brand called Top Ramen.

Never heard of Maruchan, I eat the Mr. Noodles ones. I can't stand Top Ramen though.

People actually have arguments about this? They both cost a quarter and are essentially flavored cardboard. I like instant ramen despite its badness, but I don't think there's really one type that's better than the other.

This, except I haven't had Top Ramen in forever so idk I might prefer one? I eat Maruchan all the time (had some for lunch!) and I also love me some shitty empty-carbs noodles =3

But my mother, who dislikes cheap junk food in general, will only let Maruchan in the house. And don't get me started on the vitrol my normally laidback sister reserves for Top.

Oh god, this. THIS SO MUCH.
I love Ichiban. It's so good, I eat it raw as a crunchy snack.
(Then Korea stole my idea and marketed snack ramen (http://blog.naver.com/PostView.nhn?blogId=8341haeyeon&logNo=140159466152). How did they know? >__>;; )

Try it, it's good. Here's how:
1. Before opening the bag, crunch up the noodles.
2. Take seasoning pouch out of bag, open and empty about 25%-50% of the seasoning pouch into bag.
3. Hold bag closed and shake!

Maruchan for the most flavors available in my local grocers!

.....I never realized they were two different companies. I just eat the orange ones/chicken.

Yeah, it didn't register with me that there was more than one brand until the time I accidentally bought Top Ramen instead of Maruchan, because my shopping process is pretty much "grab the first orange package I see."

I used to eat Smack/Snack Ramen, but it's vanished off the face of the earth apparently, which makes me sad. I don't like either Maruchan, or Top(Not that you can find top around here anymore either.) So now I get sapporo ichiban, which still taste kinda weird to me, but sometimes I just have to have Ramen dammit.
