Not OP, but I actually don't know where to sell my older anime things. o_o I'd love to have someone tell me how to get rid of them.

ebay? anime/comics shops? donate to a local anime club? advertise on relevant lj comms?

I don't know any local anime clubs, lol. I can't imagine anime shops would want my crap anymore because they're from fandoms that are 8+ years old. As for eBay, I really don't wanna go through all the trouble of shipping. It'll probably cost more than what the items are worth.

I guess I'm just waiting for an opportunity to unload all these things in one fell swoop. Will look out for those LJ comms though, maybe I'll get lucky and stumble upon a plan that will work for me.

You might try garagesalejapan over on LJ? I haven't really frequented it in years, but it was a good place to get rid of stuff back in the day.

What about libraries or book stores that sell used books?

It's mostly posters/wall scrolls and anime-themed playing cards that I want to get rid off. Not really sure if those places would take them.
