Re: THE ENTIRE NINETEENTH CENTURY

My entire family was killed when some pretentious douchebag's overstuffed bookshelf toppled over and crushed them under tomes of musty "ACTUAL NONFANDOM LITERATURE FROM 18SOMETHING." My asthmatic brother, who was only slightly crushed, died from dust and paper particle inhalation.

That is why, to this day, I refuse to read printed books of any sort, especially books from 18SOMETHING. So, thanks for the horrific memory trigger.

Look all I know is that if your family was anywhere near an overstuffed bookshelf then you all REEKED of privilege and the world's better off without them.

Everyone knows that print literature is the final bastion of privileged people and that true progress is found in online multichapter Regency AUs where Thor fucks Teen Loki while both wear tophats and make clever puns. Fanfiction is damn important.*

I merely suggest the OP read actual nineteenth century books (KINDLE VERSIONS) so that the multichapter Regency AUs make better sense.

*Did you know Stonewall was actually one of the earliest Supernatural conventions? Supernatural fans get ANGRY, especially when they don't even have a show to talk about yet and the cops show up and insist that Castiel likes girls while arresting people.

That's right. They did reek of privilege. They passed all their privilege on to me with their last dying breaths. (Except, I only got, like, half privilege from my asthmatic brother since his last dying breaths were pretty weak. Too bad too since I could've done with a little more white CIS male privilege.)

I don't know anything about Supernatural, so I didn't know that about Stonewall. I have heard that the OWS movement was actually a Star Trek convention that doubled as a platform to push for Federation values of in America.
