It seems to me that you actually get mad because other people on this site like Homestuck. The people on this site who like Homestuck, on the other hand, don't seem to get at all mad at the people who dislike it; they just play with you.

The young Loser stands near its burrow, scouting the area for predators and prey alike. Alas, it soon spots a meal: a small gaggle of Webcomic Enjoyers. This particular Loser, being rather new to its wondrous world, stalks the gaggle alone; not generally a solitary species, this Loser has given us a sight to behold. With erratic caution, it approaches its prey, waiting for the right moment to strike. Finally, it makes its final move: the pounce. Within seconds dust has engulfed the air. The Loser has attacked.

"lol, no. Seeing people like you get all mad because how dare we diss Homestuck will never stop being funny," it screeches, anticipating easy pickings by means of sonic paralysis. But this young Loser is naive, and has yet to realise the extent to which this gaggle of Webcomic Enjoyers' thick skin can protect them. But like all Losers of its breed, this one is unlikely to back down so easily. We wait quietly in the brush for its next move.
