So mostly I just wondered why one twin is so much shorter than the other in your secret.
I'm sure height can vary in identical twins even if they share other features but these are characters so it must have been a conscious choice on the artist's part. Is it for a reason other than seme/uke stereotypical bs?

Long story short, the series they're from parodies a lot of shoujo tropes. The twins are part of a "host club" they and their friends have at their school. They play up yaoi/twincest stereotypes both for their customers' benefits, and for the lulz. (They sometimes drop the act in private or around close friends--it's vague what their actual relationship is like but it's not quite as slashirific as they make it seem "on the job.")
