Okay, so there's this character in Homestuck named Jane Crocker. She's very prim and proper, has always been shown in a skirt or dress, and has a crush on the "gentlemanly" male character (who, in another version of reality, she was supposed to marry). In a past life, all she aspired to was becoming a great baker -- in order to outdo her cruel foster mother, the head of a baked-goods empire. (Compare to Jane's counterpart, Jade English, who tried to outdo the same evil foster mother by founding a rival corporation.)

Anyway, Jane appeared in the last flash with a moustache and pants. We haven't heard anything about her since, so the OP is hoping that Jane might have cast off the stereotypical femininity thrust upon her by her social position and instead adopted a more gender-free persona.
