...Did my initial tone bother you, then? I'm genuinely sorry. I -am- lazy frequently but I don't intend to be offensive. It was wrong of me to try and use that as an excuse when I've simply had a shitty night IRL.

IMLTHO, there's not a lot of point in putting opinion tags in front of my opinion. I'm saying it, so it's my opinion. I find 'IMHO' to be obnoxious at best because most people don't actually think their opinions are humble and I'm no exception. 'IMO' doesn't look right to me since I want to say it as a word. So until very recently I would just have to be careful with my word choice, which is not always easy for me since my mouth/fingers tend to run ahead of my brain.

If it helps with my clarity though, I can start tagging IMLTHO to things. ('In my less than humble opinion.') FWIW, if you're still reading this thread, I can say anon upthread changed my mind on it anyway and I don't actually think that anymore, but I still don't think NaNo is for absolutely everyone and that disliking it automatically makes someone a bad writer.
