Whoa, I haven't seen a fat anime guy that hot since Hige (of Wolf's Rain, and he was more Hollywood fat), or timeskip!Chouji from Naruto. The beard does indeed make him even hotter, and I fucking love his outfit. I may end up watching this just for him (though I doubt I'll ship him with the little guy, dude looks like a pill).

Personally, I prefer Yata and Fushimi--don't really SHIP them as in fangirl them, because there are more interesting pairs on the show to me, but they're the ones who make the most sense together. They're not romantic in the least (and I definitely see OP's pairing as cuter/sweeter), but I don't want romantic for either of them really, I want dark, obsessive, fucked-up need.

Yes, thank you. Not familiar with the fandom, but when I like a big dude (or, heaven forbid, girl), I expect my BIG dude in fanart. And I'm always disappointed because all I can find is a standardized bishounen.
