They've spent five years hating themselves for being here and profiling us based on internet comments about fandom and whatever people brought up in GC. Clearly they know us better than we know ourselves.

We are bad people unicornherds, an anony has told us so, we should just accept this and run away together to a life of crime and spitting on sidewalks. I might even wear a hat with a feather. And wingtip shoes.

I left a while back after some nasty wank and then came back because I missed it. In the end I'm the one who decides whether the toxic interactions, such as they are, are worth the positive interactions and the fun. Nobody is forcing me to stay here.

I love the movie and the series equally, with the kind of love that makes you think the sun shines out someone's ass and even the flaws are positives to you. I remember feeling similarly about the manga adaptation of the movie; I can't remember how much I liked the original manga, it's been too long since I've read it.
