It was not Star Trek fic, so it's not me! But I'm not the OP - so I'm not sure what their requested fandom was.

I honestly wouldn't even be that bothered if it were a situation like yours. I get that life happens and heck, I lost track of a person who I recorded a podfic for (for an auction) and ended up just posting it in the hopes they might find it. What bugs me is that the person who owed me fic is still in fandom and active on LJ, and has posted quite a bit of fandom related stuff and plenty of fic in the past couple of years. I think it's because they migrated to a new fandom.

oh well.

your situation does suck though, especially that person is still actively writing fics. it's like they chose to ignore yours on purpose..
