You could always make a report on her on

http://artists-beware.livejournal.com/

so other people don't get cheated too.

Hell, check the tags, her name might be in there already!

Holy crap! Look at that comm! OMG. That's... wow. I'd love to use posting to that place as a failure-to-deliver threat, muwahahahaha! Obviously secret, because.

It's sad to admit this, but I've seen a fairly good ratio of success in failure-to-deliver threats.

AB is particularly effective because once posted, deleting entries and comments is against the rules, and the mods often make back-ups. (It's happened that BNFs have scared people into staying quiet or bribing them with "if you take down the beware, I'll refund your money", which is just disgusting).

They also require that you provide as much evidence as you can (links and screencaps of messages and e-mails and art and such), and they've gotten fairly good at stopping drama by admonishing foul language or baiting.

When drama occurs it's when the people in the wrong play victim or send white-knights and such...

Anyway, yeah, AB is pretty good and I wish it was more widespread (if only to stop repeat scammers go through screennames like they are tissues) and less bad-mouthed as a "drama community" (by, you guessed it, the people who were called on their bad behavior there!).

(I also learned there more than I ever thought there was to be learned about Copyright and Intellectual Property. It's worth an archive trawl!)
