He has children in the comics, though. And tricks Sigyn into marrying him because he's horny. And in JiM he seems interested in Leah and Ikol mentions that his old self was better with women... so yeah, I see why your headcanon is not more popular. Maybe Film!Loki?

I think OP misspoke, since they specify that's they're talking about "Marvel" Loki, not comics or myth. They must have meant MCU!Loki.

not that it means anything since the most popular ship in Thor is Thorki, but Leah is related to Loki (by blood so that actually kinda is worse)

She's not actually related. Leah/Hela is Loki's creation but not his child. T

Leah was created by Hela. Loki's just a goddamn plagiarist, there's no blood-relation of any sort between them.

Leah is Hela's hand but Hela is Serpent!Leah who was created by Loki. But, yeah, no family connection between them.

Yeah but Serpent!Leah was created out of the Leah that was Hela's hand. And then was rewritten by Loki to take on the memories/personality attributes of his BFF Leah who was Hela's hand.

So. Hela in effect created herself.

And Loki's only role in that whole process was to be a plagiarizer.

Interesting. As I see it, Serpent!Leah, by being sent to the past had the chance to grow up into Hela an create Leah who inspire Loki to create Serpent!Leah who is sent to the past and grows up to be Hela and so on in a cyclic time. That's why, imho, Hela says that Loki is not Hela's father but for the word made flesh that was not. the only possibility (not quoting)

Actually, he doesn't really seem romantically interested in Leah. He tells Ikol that he doesn't care about kissing her, and when they do almost kiss she's the one initiating it, while he just sort of looks like he's willing to go along with it if it will make her happy - and then he's the one that goes "um wait" and breaks out of the moment.

Also, she makes a crack about "you're being properly courting to me" and he says "not like that"

I read it differently, I felt he was interested in kissing her and got interrupted by Thor and his perfect timing. I also think that his words to Ikol about the kiss meant that he cared about her beyond the kissing.

Eh, they just seem more BFF-y to me than romantic, but I guess that's valid too.



(IMO there is some AU where they grew old together and were mostly platonic BFFs with the occassional sexual venture)
