With regards to Spock/Kirk, I quite liked it in the original series but it turns me utterly cold in the reboot. I think it's the obvious distaste and disrespect they had for each other to start with. Yargh.

For me...John/Ronon from Stargate Atlantis made me feel really unhappy whenever I saw the pairing listed. I like warriors bonding and superior/subordinate pairings and healing cock tropes but I just couldn't handle it with Ronon! It made me feel ill. (I stopped watching mid-S4)

Dean/Castiel of Supernatural. I don't even agree with the usual "Dean needs a best friend who isn't related to him" argument. I just don't think Dean liked Castiel and I think I've been putting Castiel in the same box as Ronon. He put too much on Dean and the idea of sex on top of that squicks me out (I never watched past S5).

And finally Louis/Harry of One Direction. I just don't like it. The fandom does not help because they are horrible.
