(Anonymous) 2012-11-20 05:36 am (UTC)(link)I...I don't know how to make curry. Or what the hell to do with a dead goat. But I know the locations of several great Indian restaurants, and I wouldn't require much more from you than enthused nodding.

Oh man, curry actually has easy mode. For maximum least effort, all you need is a slow cooker, chopped up chicken or goat (I prefer skinless, boneless, and lean cuts), a pre-made curry seasoning sauce packet (add liquid since it's mostly powdered mix you find), and tasty root veggies like potatoes and carrots and junk. Throw that nonsense into the slowcooker, forget about for a chunk of your day and VOILA a meal.
eta: and rice. pour that love onto some cooked rice aw yeah. even uncle ben is allowed at this dinner table.
But fuck that noise. Rec me these restaurants on the off chance I travel to your sensation destination land and need to resolve a curry fix.
Now point me towards the fandom so I can descend from the heavens already.
