Hey guys, you might already know about these deals, but if you don't...

Sorry, if I had remembered this earlier I would've posted about it sooner! I'm personally excited about Dishonored and Skyrim for $25 each (on the 22nd!), what about you? Anything? (Other deals can be found here and here.)

As you can imagine, there are also deals on just about everything else, but since this is f!s I thought I'd keep this fandom related. (It would also take too long to list everything else, but this is your heads up!)

Also, this is a reminder that some of the deals are offered only at certain times and until they 'sell out', so if you're interested be sure to keep track of that; some of them sell out fast.

I'm sort of glad I'm not working it this year. I've worked it two years and a row and just, bah. It's so insane how people run into the store and push by people. Last year my store needed to have cops around the registers to tell people to slow down. I spent all morning at work (I had to be there at four or be fired, so I took a bus at eleven pm on Thanksgiving and waited until the store opened at midnight.) And customers who come in hours after it open are so rude about door buster items being gone. I mean...did you really think they'd still be there five/six hours later?

I'm sorry you had to be subjected to that madness anon. And it's good that you don't have to go through that hell again this year!

I've only been shopping on Black Friday once, and it was pretty tame. We stood in line for four or five hours but no one got rowdy or anything. There was no need for cops. That was years ago though, and I haven't been back since. (Don't want to either, especially when I could rather shop online.)

I'll never understand the need to be violent over a sale... People should get their priorities in check! And be polite! I doubt anyone working Black Friday actually wants to be, but it can be a necessity. :/ (And of COURSE the items wouldn't still be there after that long. I don't get some people...)

jk. My store is doing a BF sale too, to mimic our original American counterparts. I know things get hectic during boxing day, and that's just over leftovers really. AUGH customers.

bummer, the only thing I see that I want and don't already have is the Sly Collection, and I haven't gotten a PS3 yet, even though I want one.

...But that reminds me I should totally look and see if the PS3 is on sale anywhere this Friday...

Uncharted is awesome, too! (Infamous isn't bad either, though I have yet to beat the first or play the second.) It's a great price but IDK if this is an online deal or not...

That's not a bad deal! And I did sort of want Uncharted. I'm not sure if it'd be worth going out to get it though...particularly since my budget is tight and I'm focusing on gifts. Oh well, I'll get a PS3 for myself after the holidays, maybe. :) Thank you for looking!

Wow, that's cheap for Dishonored, didn't it just recently come out? I've been waiting on Skyrim to drop in price....maybe it's time to finally buy it! :P

Yup! It was last month, so that's an amazing price. Me too about Skyrim. Either a price drop or a ultimate edition with DLC, and since the latter doesn't seem like it's happening anytime soon...I'll go with the price drop!

Oh man, an ultimate edition would be awesome. I wish it would happen...but I'm not complaining about a price drop, either. I'm always that person that plays games way after everyone else (I just played through Uncharted 2, and trying to pester people to talk about how good it is is kinda hard, haha), so I'm excited to actually be able to play it.

I imagine it will eventually, but there's probably more DLC for Skyrim to come...so I guess they're holding off on it.

Haha, it happens. I can be the same way at times, but occasionally you'll get lucky and find an active fandom that's open to discussion. Unfortunately Uncharted doesn't have much in the way of a fandom, and I'll forever be bitter about that.

Me too! I figured I would have to wait until next year to buy it (or even later), but was thankfully proved wrong! (Unless I somehow miss out, but I'm not thinking about that.) YAY FOR US!

I just\ bought Black Ops II, but I ..think it's going to be ignored as soon as Dishonored comes in XD I also bought a couple of blu-rays, and yeahhh I'm going to stop shopping for myself now before I don't have a christmas list to give anyone. D:

And I haven't played any of the CoD games. I've been thinking about them and if it weren't for Skyrim and Dishonored I probably would've bought one during this sale, but...it's less important to me right now.
