Just to say Giles and Jenny where my first ship and OTP before I even knew what those terms meant.

I did the opposite once! I shipped two of my teachers when I was in...sixth grade I think, and when I discovered Buffy years later, Giles and Jenny reminded me of them <3

Aw, I loved Giles and Jenny. They were adorable.

Their romance was so sweet - and brief - that the bit near the end of S2 when - (er, just in case anyone wishes not to be spoiled? :p) well, when Dru is able to make Giles see Jenny? - to me that was one of the most heartbreaky moments in the entire series.
