Getting an account and trying to make fandom friends kind of makes me feel pressured, for some reason- what do I talk about? I'm naturally shy/socially awkward penguin, so.....

You...talk about fandom? I mean, i get it, you're shy, and that can suck but...fandom friends are friends because they have fandom in common. Some people on LJ i've only *ever* talked fandom with and i consider them my friend.

So, you know...if you like to air your opinion on fandom things, you'll be fine.
