White people in general do have privilege over pretty much the entire world, because Europeans dominated the planet and colonized the fuck out of everywhere, enslaving and displacing people of colour all over the place.

It's the SJW version of history. White=evil, POC=eternal innocent victims, which in itself is pretty racist (denying the strengths of non-white societies and cultures and being phenomenally Eurocentric, cos, you know, America is the great Liberator from colonialism) but hey.
