Re: First time baking brownies - take two
I like cakes (including loaf ones and bundt ones), and am in love with perfecting pound cakes, and getting chocolate cake just the right kind of dense:moist. Pies are also awesome, although I still can't make a decent crust from scratch.
Shortbread and scones are also things I tend to bake on a regular basis since they're so easy, and it's guaranteed to be eaten by everyone pretty much immediately.
