Wait. So, if, for example, a latino girl being discriminated against in a country where the majority of its population is white, it is called racism + sexism. But if the same happens with a white girl in a majorly POC country, it is xenophobia?

Racism: "prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior"

Xenophobia is a phobia, it's a fear. This is not "I fear white people are going to take my jobs away" or just a plain dislike for european or north american people.

It's pure discrimination, so yeah, it's racism.

No one thinks I'm being xenophobic if I say "Immigrants from China are ruining our economy" (which is something that is usually said in the country where I live because of the constant growth of chinese stores here that are indeed destroying our local shops) and then proceed to treat them differently from every single other person because they are chinese people. They say I'm being a racist.
