Except the whole problem is that 50SOG is not about BDSM ... and rape fantasy not firmly tied to a consensual framework is a million times more disgusting if it's fantasised from the rapist's perspective.

I think the weirdness the OP is picking up on is the fact that the guy is suggesting he was fantasizing about that stuff because he was a guy, not that he was fantasizing about it at fifteen. The joke seems to be playing on the stereotype that men think about sex more often, and younger, than women do.

Yeah. Somehow I suspect the cartoonist doesn't even realize the sex in 50 Shades is bdsm (or 'bdsm', since from what I understand, Christian ignores pretty much every good practice) and not vanilla, he(?) just knows it's porny.
