Re: Functioning on limited sleep

I've tried pulling a straight two day sewing marathon once or twice, when I've pushed my procrastination to the limit before cons. The one thing that really helps me focus is to remember to get enough protein and complex carbohydrates to keep you going. If you feel like you're crashing, have a burrito or something. Then move around a little bit, and drink some water. If you get any chance at all, take a break to sit down for a moment every now and then, or if you're sitting the whole time, get up and pace or shake your legs or something. It'll keep you from zoning out.
