Re: Functioning on limited sleep

If I'm feeling desperate to stay awake I go for a quick walk. About 10mins worth.
There's pills like no-doze. I'm not keen on them personally.
Sometimes I take a 45 min nap. As in, I drink a cup of coffee, set my alarm, lie down and sleep for 45mins. Then I wake up. The 45 mins helps reset your brain a bit for another few hours of awake and by the time you wake the coffee has kicked in
