Considering there are some "fans" who like to claim that Subaru/Seishirou and Touya/Yukito were just friends, don't hold your breath for them ever admitting that KuroFay is canon.

I swear I had never seen such a vocal homophobic fandom when there are many gay character.

If you want to get teeechnical, what Seishirou and Subaru have isn't really "love" or "romance" as a ship would usually be. Love, perhaps, on Seishirous side, and perhaps the closest to it that Seishirou can feel, but personally, to me? I don't think theyre so much a "pairing" as they are a convoluted ball of mixed feelings and screwed up emotions that really can't be simplified to a pairing, or romance.

If you want to get teeechnical, you're twisting the discussion into something completely different. To quote, the anon above said, "Considering there are some "fans" who like to claim that Subaru/Seishirou and Touya/Yukito were just friends...." The issue is not, "Do they count as a a 'canon pairing' or having 'love or romance as a ship would usually be'?" The issue is, "Do they have some canon relationship beyond 'just friends'?" And whatever else you can say about Subaru and Seishiro, you cannot say they are "just friends" without contradicting textual (as opposed to subtextual) canon.
