Drosselmeyer's Theme from Princess Tutu. I love the music from The Nutcracker, so hearing The Nutcracker March in a minor key so it can be an ominous theme is pretty fantastic.

I also really like The Battle Between Light and Darkness from Chrono Crusade. I think it's the piano that does it for me? IDK, I didn't like the anime all that much but the soundtrack is fantastic. It sounds even better without the show to me, for whatever reason.

And this is actually a video game, but pretty much ANYTHING from the Baten Kaitos OST is amazing and beautiful.

I liked the LOTR music a lot as a teenager but I think I overdosed on it since I get bored of it pretty quickly these days....
