I've always loved a lot of the background music from Repo Man (tbf I love everything from Repo Man, it's easily my favorite movie). The film gets a lot of credit for its great use of punk songs in the soundtrack, but the non-lyrical background music (created by the Plugz, a Mexican-American punk band from LA) is really good too. It's just got this really spacey, desolate, atmospheric, jangly, Western vibe that really fits the tone of the movie that I really dig.

Repo Man, like you mean, the '80's movie? Because I'm fond of that movie for various reasons.

Yep, that movie, not Repo Men or Repo! The Genetic Opera (this is the peril of talking about Repo Man online, unfortunately).

There's a lot of reasons to be fond of the movie, really.

Everyone else seems to mean the other two, and usually give me blank "looks" when I mention the movie.
