Except these studies never bother taking into account our media exposure and socialization. Men and women are taught to think and act a certain way by everything around us, media, parents, friends, everything. We don't exist in a magical vacuum where we aren't affected at all by stupid sexist bullshit and gender roles we're forced to follow unless we actively fight against them. Failure to acknowledge that just continues the endless cycle of sexist bullshit and gender roles.

Maybe genetics have some part in some behaviors, but not something so specific as "I like X videogame because of X factor that appeals to me specifically because I have a vagina".

And spare me the passive-aggressive smilies.
