Dude, it's not *will power* that makes people who are actually homeless do it, it's not having another choice because the shelters are full. Though, I'll note that it's actually not specifically republicans that do it - A lot of the people who've tried to ~prove~ it are democrats [at least, as far as I've heard], and I've heard just as many Dems I know saying it as Republicans, sadly.
