Once I saved a bunch of dead skin that I had scraped off my feet (before I had one of those scrubby things you're supposed to rub on your feet, I would scrape dead skin off with an old butter knife after taking a bath/shower) and because it was wet, I shaped it into two little pyramids. Then left them on a shelf and they dried out into hard pyramid-shaped gray blocks. They aren't there any more so someone must have thrown them out, and probably had no idea what they were.

I used to save my fingernail clippings until one day, I went to add a new one to the pile, looked at it, thought, "This is really fucked up and gross," and threw them all out.
