You would get arrested for public indecency, be forced to pay a small fine, and gain local infamy as that woman who tried to expose herself on national television. You might have trouble getting a job in the future.

Also, it would be more appropriate to refer to your breasts as "bobble fat and glands." There's no real "meat" in them.

I would be arrested? What if it was a group of protestors? Do we need a protesting permit or some crape?

It's bobble meat as in a slangy name for fat, specifically fat gathered in jiggling bobbles on my chest. Like my bones would be stabby meat if I stabbed people with them. And my muscles are flex meat when I'm showing off. BOOM. LAWYERED.

If it was a group of protesters, you'd run the risk of inciting public panic and getting shot with a hose or a taser! Since you'd be shirtless, that would really hurt.

"Bobble meat" isn't a commonly-used slang expression, so your defense doesn't stand.

Plus "the meat of ___" can just mean you're talking about a sizable portion of the mass of something. So I have some precedence in slangy phrases!
