AKA stuff I think about when I drink too much caffiene and google won't load.

Hypothetically speaking, since baring your breasts in protest is protected by the first amendment, could I appear on a national broadcast and flash America while shouting "THIS IS A PROTEST. THESE ARE MY PROTEST BOOBS. THIS IS RIGHT-WING AND THIS IS LEFT-WING. SPEND YOUR POLITICAL OUTRAGE LOAD UPON THEM IN UNISION AMERICA!" or whatever is en vogue to shout while flashing your fat balloons for the right to go topless. And then sue the broadcasting company/FCC for a titload of money if someone censored my goodies to comply with regulations?

And if I go to a political rally and shout "Get your politics off my nipples! This is not a protest! I am just flashing you!" And flash everyone am I still covered even though I stated an intent not to take advantage of my first amendment right?

I think...it would really depend on where you were, as much as anything but overall? I doubt is, since it's under protection as an act of protest, which you point blank stated it wasn't. Therefore you were just flashing people which is illegal in a lot, if not all, states.

I think in the former situation, the news network would voluntarily self-censor, which is their right as private entities. I think you would have a good case if the FCC fined the station, but, you know, they would probably just be like "lol fuck you" and nothing would happen, because that's mostly the way this kind of thing works.

The second is fine, because as far as I know it's perfectly legal to be topless. It is where I am, anyway.

Where you are =/= everywhere. Where I live it's considered to be illegal, so that really depends on the state, and county/city level laws as to what would happen.

Well, it being illegal to go topless is really very silly. It's a very silly thing to make illegal. So whether you'd be persecuted for doing it or not, we can certainly say that if you were persecuted, it would be very silly.

I think it's only a proper protest if there is more than just one person. Thus, I will join you in inviting America to blow it's load all over my protest signs. "Signs" being my tits with phrases or pictures on them. I'm thinking bullseyes drawn around my nipples with the phrase "Suck here, Republican babies!" That's just the opening act, though. As the day goes on I'll add more elaborate body art, such as an elephant fucking a chicken across my back.

In the second scene, you'd be in trouble. You waived your right to call on the 1st. Although there is a case to be made that "Get your politics off my nipples!" was you protesting the fact that the First Amendment applied to flashing, so you could possibly talk your way out of trouble with a good lawyer.

ANYWAY. I don't think that would fly, it would be considered indecent exposure, at least in America. Also, I'm not sure what the grounds are for suing a broadcast company for censoring you, since it is their company and they choose what they want to air and I'm too lazy to look up precedent.

On the other bobble hand, I totally approve of naming one tit Left-Wing and the other Right-Wing. Who needs a wingman/wingwoman when I've got my own?

You would get arrested for public indecency, be forced to pay a small fine, and gain local infamy as that woman who tried to expose herself on national television. You might have trouble getting a job in the future.

Also, it would be more appropriate to refer to your breasts as "bobble fat and glands." There's no real "meat" in them.

"Bobble meat" isn't a commonly-used slang expression, so your defense doesn't stand.
