I eat flour. As in directly out of the bag with a spoon. I guess that's not gross in itself, but it doesn't taste very good and I always feel gross afterward, yet I can't stop eating it. I eat it almost every day. I think I'm addicted to the way it feels on my tongue.

You need some iron. Or other nutrient.

I have the weirdest urge to eat shit like sawdust, pulverized limestone, loose dirt. It's due to iron deficiency.

I am not a medical professional nor am I otherwise qualified to give advice on anything but that sounds like pica to me. It's an eating disorder I think is most common during pregnancy. It might be a sign of mineral deficiency or some other problem so I would encourage you to see a doctor if it's an on-going behavior.
