What is up with the shirt of the one on the right?

she's not wearing a shirt, it's a string bikini top with a scarf over it.

hilarious considering this character lives in the woods with her 'mother' in the country that is frequently made fun of for being cold, wet, and smelling of dog. totally weather appropriate. i go back and forth on whether it's character appropriate but that's a whole different thing.
