Revan's fate after KOTOR upsets me so much if I think about it. I think it was explored in the comics? I've never even read them, but I remember hearing and reading about it and feeling so incredibly depressed (especially after KOTOR2). Just, arg. I headcanon that shit away.

Wash, of course Wash.

Most recently there was a death in Assassin's Creed 3 that I found hard to take. It was just so brilliantly written and SAD. (And no, it's not the one way later in the game. Don't want to spoil people who haven't played it.)

Dom's death in Gears of War 3 was rough. I actually LOVE the scene itself and how it's dealt with, but man did I bawl my eyes out.

Thane and Mordin's from Mass Effect were equally touching too. Why BioWare, why?

Worst death ever for me is probably The Boss from Metal Gear Solid 3. Damn that game for making me cry through the credits.

I knew Mordin's death was coming and I balled. Legitimately ugly cried and wanted to punch Wrex when he was talking about how sorry he was over Mordin's death.

As for Kotor I'm a huge fan of the Exile. I read about her ending as well and I understand your pain.

Mordin's death was horribly sad! (But so well written, epic and in character. It was a beautiful scene but it hurts to think about.) I was ugly crying with you anon. And Wrex is one of my favorite Mass Effect characters, but I wanted to punch him in that moment too.

Oh man, the Exile... I should've mentioned them, too. Despite being a long time fan of KOTOR I only got around to playing KOTOR2 this year, so I guess it slipped my mind. But both Revan and the Exile are awesome and obviously connected and have awfully depressing endings and yea, I like to believe they kicked ass, took names, and then lived happily ever after with their love interests.
