Is he enrolled in school? You might be able to get him help that way, especially if the school has a social worker, a Communities In Schools volunteer, or a counselor who actually has a background in counseling (although that last is pretty rare these days).

This all came to a head because I found out today she's letting him drop out because they don't let him listen to music in class. I didn't want to go to his counselor because she'd been pretty terrible to me and told me all my problems were because I hadn't found Jesus when I was in school. I'd been holding out hope that one of his teachers would recognize his behavior for what it was instead of just writing him up. Now I don't see an end to this. I think this is exactly why my mother is letting me take my sister, to buy my silence.
